Welcome to the website of the Carbon County Bar Association. We represent the local bar of the 56th Judicial District in Pennsylvania, which has a history of 150 years of service to the residents of Carbon County.
Carbon County is located midway between Allentown and Wilkes Barre along Interstate 476 (Pa Turnpike) and spans from the west the anthracite coal regions to the east the Western Pocono Mountains. Skiing, whitewater rafting, cycling, hiking and camping are just some of the activities throughout the county.
Our court system, lead by President Judge Roger Nanovic and Judge David Addy is one of the most technologically advanced court systems in the country. Public access is available through the Court's Website. Please note docketing may be delayed and it is not live access.
