The Public Sales of All of the Assets of EMCEE Broadcast Products, Inc. will be held at the corporate offices in White Haven on Sept. 26 & 27 and Oct. 4. The real estate and certain other items are being sold with reserve. A copy of the auction brochure is attached.
September 1, 2003
Documents to close out the company's 401(K) plan are being sent to vested employees. The employees and spouses MUST sign the forms and return them to the trustee. All distributions are subject to withholding for tax purposes, which should occur in sixty days.
June 23, 2003
The 341 meeting in this case will be held on July 9, 2003 at 4PM in the Council Chambers, Hazleton City Hall, N. Church Street, Hazleton.
March 8, 2003
An inspection of the Cincinnati facility has been accomplish and a photographic inventory has been taken. Members of the trustee's staff are currently reviewing situations concerning Customer Equipment located at the EMCEE facility. See note above.
February 28, 2003
The Trustee is continuing his investigation of the financial affairs of the company and is in discussions with the secured creditor to ensure that a distribution may be available to unsecured creditors. He has arranged to inspect the company's Kentucky facility on March 7, 2003.
February 26, 2003
The Trustee inspected and secured the premises of the company. Security has been hired. All locks have been changed. Records are being reviewed. No Schedules or Statement of Affairs have been filed in this case so the Trustee is somewhat limited in protecting property of the estate. He is aware of facilities in White Haven, PA and Burlington, KY only.
